My biggest problem lately is clients that want to edit the web site themselves.
If they had numerous contributors to the site, it might make sense. But the "rinky-dink" little sites that they propose aren't worth the effort of setting up a CMS.
etc.
Excuse my ignorance, but what is "CMS?"
