I did not notice the problem until I checked the page up at our local library. The menu (thank you Rob Keniger) sits nicely in the left column in Safari, Firefox and Opera when seen on my Mac (OS 10.5.8)
But, when I checked on the Library's Windows machines, the menu had slipped to the right and overlapped the text by about 3/4". Not nice. This happens on all the pages of this "Stories" section of the site.
I am ignorant about the Windows operating system, and could not figure out how to tell what version of Explorer the Library had on its machines. Sorry!
I really hope that someone will be able to help me with what is probably needed here - a work around to accommodate Explorer - or have I got something basically wrong?
Help!
