Hi everyone,

so far I've used conditional comments to serve IE CSS fixes using
syntax like...

<!--[if lte IE 6]>
<link rel="stylesheet" href="IEbugs.css" type="text/css" />
<![endif]-->

Such conditional comments hide the contents from all browsers except
specific IE versions.


Now I needed to hide something from IE6 and lower, but show it to
*all other browsers* and found this clever snippet...

<!--[if gte IE 7]><!-->
This is seen by all real browsers and IE 7+.
<!--<![endif]-->

Seems to do the trick perfectly and validates as HTML 4.01
Transitional, XHTML 1.0 Transitional and possibly other doctypes.
