I have been happily using a wonderful encoder - courtesy of Steadmantech (thank you Gary) for years now. Just had a client complain that her users that do not have any desktop email clients set up are complaining - it seems that onclicking on "Click here" their computers are asking them to set up an aged Outlook program of some sort.....
My question is how can or rather can this coding open up their browser windows and call gmail or yahoo or hotmail? My solution was to place a disclaimer on the 'contact us' page stating that: if they are using online etc ... they should copy and replace (which seems to be what they normally do) info'at'_____.com replacing the 'at' with an @ as in the image i placed below it that has an image of the proper address.... info@____.com
This is a minor PITA - but a PITA nontheless as I do place coded emails in most of my footers 'Click here to email us'..... Any cleaner workaround?
