Hello all,

I am hoping some of you may have been down this road before me and can
point me to some resources.

I have a Commercial Printer client who wishes to add a ftp function
for their clients to send in project files. Some of their requirements
are...

1. Easy, easy, EASY for client to use.
2. Support provided so when things aren't working there is someone to
help, asap.
3. Support for large files, sometimes up to 10GB or more
4. No mingling of clients or client files (separate upload areas of
login for clients?)
5. Easy, easy, EASY for client to use.
6. Notification to printer when files are uploaded
7. Notification to printer when files are deleted

Have I described YouSendIt.com?

There are more wishes, but those are the important ones.

I know there have got to be dozens or even hundreds of scripts or
applications out there. I am just hoping to narrow the search down to
a few recommended possibilities that I can cull through. There is no
preference between Open Source, Commercial Apps or 3rd Party Services,
except that support would hopefully be better with commercial and 3rd
party services. This client is not interested in getting their hands
dirty with fixing things or searching online forums for answers. They
just want a phone number to call when help is needed.

Any good solutions you may have run across would be appreciated!!
