Many of us look after websites for clients and I have recently been
wondering how best to make contingency provisions in the event that I
am not available to do so due to whatever reason.

So, how do you address this issue? In the event that you were
unfortunate enough to fall under a bus or befall some other disaster,
how easy would it be for your clients to take ownership of their sites
and arrange alternative support? This would include domain ownership
and server access usernames and passwords etc.

Not a scenario we would wish to have to contend with but a serious
issue worthy of decent planning - especially for a sole trader business?
