Hello all,

I was hoping someone could steer me in the right direction on how to do
this.
It's the pop up window one sees when you click on "Shopping Tips from the
Apple Store"... on this page: http://www.apple.com/retail/fifthavenue/

All I want is to create this type of pop up... but I'm guessing this done in
some MAC web development app... and I'm using DW on Vista. :(
