I am updating a site I made in 2001 with GoLive 4!

One of the ancient pages is frame-based:

Here is a draft of the updated page using an iframe:

I'd like to get rid of the blue scrollbar within the iframe. Is there any
way to make a custom scroll slider in GoLive CS2, html or css? I've mocked
one up in photoshop:

I know some html, but not much of any other kind of code. The artist wants
to keep the ability to scroll through all the books.

Any ideas or tutorials anyone may know of would be greatly appreciated.

I've learned so much from this list through the years and want to thank you
all so much!
