Hello; How is it possible to mix this basic structures, floating divs and positioned ones? I wanted to produce four columns where the rightmost is the longest, this worked with floats fine. http://members.aon.at/mschiere/weiss/gv_gruenschnabel.html Additional in some pages I want at the left to add some text beneath the bottle, http://members.aon.at/mschiere/weiss/gv_kogelberg.html
Can I do this with an absolute positioned part, or should I put the additional text beyond, bundle these three columns with the additional box and let float the navigation at the right of all?
In the stylesheet http://members.aon.at/mschiere/layout/logo.css
div.main is the sourrunding container, .zelle_a is the first floating div at the left,
and div.dac_box should start at the left under the invisible border of the three floating divs.
======== Of course, best way would be to read and/or test with some browsers, though at this moment I have no IE, and specially IE makes troubles. It puts the absolute box to the right, outside of the main-content....
So I hope one of you could me give an advice which style IEs would recognice, specially for printing...
