I've tried to look up the answer to this, but I do not know what I
need to do is called, specifically.

Here's what I am hoping to do and I know it should be easily possible,
I just don't know what to do...

I am going to use the same type of Flash image show as just a little
web page or "pop up window", where it will have its own index page. If
the Flash image show is 399 x 499 pixels, I would like to put it
inside a web page (the index page) that keeps an absolute size of 400
x 500 pixels and can not be expanded.

This is the code for the flash show let's say is:

Though I really do not think the above code matters for this question.
What is the trick to making little pop up or information windows/
webpages and having them never be able to expand any bigger?
