Wonder if any one and I'm sure there is, can direct me in the right
direction.

It's a jungle out there and instead of spending a huge amount of time to
reinvent the wheel, I turn to you.

I have to find three web applications (freeware or commercial, doesn't
matter, only they have to be good) for my client.

My client imagines that she can have a Registration, image/video upload, a
forum, a user area with user's own blog - the works.

One, a forum that can handle uploads of photos and videos.
Two, a piece of software that can count clicks on banner and produce a sort
of statistics (conversion, clicks and hits).
Three, a community app, something like Twitter or Facbook.
