(If there's a relative pronoun needed, 'that' is very often so wishy-
washy IMO).


But "which my colleagues and I discussed." actually makes just as much
sense.

It was me, since you're the object of the verb. No need for the
perpendicular pronoun in this instance. Me think.

Unless of course you're objecting to the verb, which is another issue
entirely.
