Thanks for all who responded to earlier request to check a site. All
reported that they can see the site.

More information:

Client can see her favorite site on her home computer (MAC), thru
Verizon, all browsers she checked.

She can not see on her office computer (MAC), multiple browsers. Her
provider is different from home computer than her office computer.

Her office provider can see the missing site from their computers. Her
office provider is

Frontier communications, DSL, router box, hard connected

Pennsylvania

She called Frontier and they didn't have a solution. They can see site.
