[OT] link on a Web page vs link in a Powerpoint
Hey folks.
I'm trying to embed a link in a Powerpoint presentation, and for some reason it does not work.
The address I'm linking to is http://www.studentvoice.com/sdsu/ greekPREPexams
This is an online survey-type tool. When you follow the address, the site redirects/expands the address to one that includes a unique ID for each visit.
If I place the link in a Web page, it works fine. If I place the same link in a Powerpoint presentation, the site give me back an error message the it can't find the requested link.
Anyone experience a link from within Powerpoint being treated differently than a link from a Web page? (I tested other links in PPT, and they work fine, so I think I'm adding the link properly.)
TIA,
KEith
