Been a member of list for a number of years and have gained a lot from it. I am using GoLive CS version 7.0.2 I am designing a html Window Display for a real estate office. It will be shown on a 21² monitor placed in the front window visible to passerby's.
I decided to do it in html using my perfected BFI coding approach (BFI=brute force and ignorance). One of my problems is finding an onLoad window resize action to maximize the window and eliminate the toolbar, etc. The way it works now is I have to be present to start the show rolling then manually drag the corner of the window to the lower right screen. I want to be able to make changes to the web page(s) and load them to the server so they can be restarted with a simple refresh by the secretary.
I use the refresh command in each frame to provide the ³slide show² effect using existing pages developed for the main web site.
The very rough site is at
http://www.lostriverrealestate.com/WindowDisplay
Remember, it is designed to be viewed on a 21² monitor (which I still need to tweak).
I don¹t have to worry about other browsers, etc. because it is designed to be viewed through our window so that wouldn¹t be a consideration.
Any help or suggestions on the whole site would be appreciated.
