Re: CSS print styles and other questions
FIrst let me apologize, my dyslexia is really bad this AM.
Thank you both, seems straight forward ... I'm starting into an whole new level of web design for me... eeee I'm a bit hesitant...yet quit excited!
This client wants fun. I was doing a mock up in Photoshop, have kinda a cool idea. But have no idea of the practicality or even if it can be done without Flash. I do have an antique that still works for this type of animation, LiveMotion. I have never use the javascript portion of it, so would maybe need to figure that out.
Imagine ... a top banner, a very graphic stylized sunset gradation, 3 layers of waves that could do a rough corny movement, a whale that is very native graphic moving in and out of the scene, a few other branding elements and... this is the hard part, a message in a bottle and Wilson (the volleyball).... that would be clickable each with a message, like a lightbox that would hover over the page with a message. Oh ya, those branding elements would need to be different in several sections, just a few words.
I don't think this could be done in jQuery????
Also, about making a top banner fill the top banner, I was hoping for a liquid design, but this would not allow that, right??? I would have to make the wrapper a fixed size?
thank you for any and all suggestions. It's OK to say... your crazy! haaha Terri
