I remember salt tablets! We use to take them at summer camp all the time. I would rather use raw sea salt these days instead of sodium chloride... isn't that what table salt is? Anyway... just saying... great idea. I'll try it and see if it makes the place more bearable. The last heat stroke I had I almost died from. I was jumping in and out of the pool, after sunbathing, and passed out... in the pool, the minute I hit the water. Woke up 1/2 way down in the deep end and floating face down with my lungs full of water. I managed to get out and cough it up... and crawled into the house and woke up about 8 hours later.
