What with some pages showing goofy code and others not, I checked the
code in GL and found that the pages with goofy characters had é and ¢
in the code, but the pages that were showing properly had é
and ¢ in thee code. So GL was not writing the code properly for
some reason. All pages are set to ;charset=ISO-8859-1, which looks
like default on GL8.
