Again my apologies as this is all probably rookie stuff and it has
probably been three years since I last tried to use Actions. From the
info that Nick offered I was able to then figure out how to do exactly
what I asked, as long as I am making a link on a site that I am
building. And when I do this, it works well. But this is not exactly
what I am trying to do.

The action is linking to an actual webpage (HTML file) that just shows
off the 400 X 500 pixel Flash banner. How do I make this "standalone",
if you will, so that I could just say give out an url verbally, biz
card or put the link in an email and then the same thing happens,
where this Flash banner then pops open an HTML window that is only 400
x 500 pixels?

I hope I am asking this in a manner so that you all can understand
what I am trying to say.
