I'm on a different tack this time. I've been contacted by a person with a small dog show supply company (150 products), who would like me to set up a website/cart for him, then he would like to be able to change prices himself.
Currently I have 2-3 sites with carts and I've set them up using Mal's E-com and I do any price changes myself. After reading through some old posts here, I think that perhaps what I need is something like X-Cart or Volusion. Trouble is, I've checked out both their demo stores and can't see how easy it would be for someone to do price changes on the products. One (X-Cart I think?) only shows how to add a product; no demo on changing prices.
I doubt that the person wanting the site is at all web literate, so I'm hoping to find a reasonably-priced solution for him. I'm thinking that with only 150 items he'd be just as far ahead to get me to set up the cart at Mal's and do the few price changes throughout the year but I promised him I'd give him options, so am turning to you folks for advice.
TIA!
