Page is UTF8, all browsers bar one (see if you can guess which?) display correctly, Mac & Windows.
If I try to get the breve accent by inserting either ă or ă IE draws the accented character correctly, but inserts a space before it which of course breaks the word in two.
Any bright ideas?
