A friend said she couldn't access this page online using IE on a PC, then
last night on another PC running IE the same thing happened. I cannot
duplicate this behavior on my computer with IE 8.06. It display fine. On the
other machines the page won't even load, just gives a generic error message
about the page not opening.

These people are commited IE users and won't think of using another browser.
I think it's got to be a setting on their computer, or maybe something
blocking the page. Maybe security software? This happens both on the page
on the server and on a local drive.Other pages from my site display
correctly on these machines. Can anyone duplicate this error? Any ideas?
