streaming video crashing some computers
Hello,
I've recently placed a 3-minute video clip on a client's home page and we launched the site last week. I got a desperate e-mail from her last night that she heard back from several friends who said the page crashed their computers. On all the browsers/computers I checked, it downloaded fine. I'm assuming that the people who are experiencing products have older computers and browsers.
Since the site is to sell a DVD, the video clip is important, but that it loads is important as well!
I've deactivated the video for now so it's not visible, but here is the code I'm using:
Is there another way I should be doing this? Should I be looking into external streaming programs? We are going to look at cutting down the clip, but I'm not sure that would solve the problem.
Thanks, Antonella
