Related to on topic only because this affected two different "mice"
(mouses?)...

Yesterday, my mac logitech laser mouse, my pc laptop mouse, two
different wall clocks, and a shower sprayer ALL went south with bad
batteries. At the same time! How weird is that??

Is there anything that could have caused such a thing? Some scientific
phenomenon like sunspots or whatever?

Anyone have any clues? I found one posting online of a similar
experience, but no answer as to what it could possibly be.
